WCSU Counseling

The WCSU Counseling Services offers free and confidential services to the university community. Services include free confidential individual counseling (primarily virtual) and weekly virtual activities (appointments not necessary). The activities are as follows:

• Creating Calm drop-in group - Learn mindfulness tool that can help to manage stress on Tuesdays at 3:00 pm.
• Coping through COVID drop-in group - Connect to share, process and learn ways to navigate the pandemic on Wednesdays at 2:00 pm.
• Let’s Talk - Have an informal conversation with a counselor about any issue on Thursdays at 3:00 p.m.
