There are several ways to obtain books at WCSU. Which method you use depends on what you need, how quickly you need the material, and if you want print or online.  

The first option is WestSearch, or Primo. It will let you search content available at WCSU and other libraries in the CSCU system (Connecticut State Colleges and Universities).

A second option is to use WorldCat. WorldCat is a catalog that searches libraries across the United States and beyond. If you find something in WorldCat you will have to order through interlibrary loan. WorldCat is used for only print books.

A third option to find books is to search for eBooks in Ebsco's Academic eBook Collection. 

If you know the title and author of a book, and it is not available through WestSearch, you can order it through Interlibrary Loan (ILL), even if you do not find it in the catalog. Before requesting via ILL, please discuss your information needs with the librarian at the Reference Desk. We may be able to find other items which are currently available that may satisfy your information needs.
