Materials requests may be submitted using the library order form (found below).  

Department chairs/library liaisons may submit lists of requests.  Requests must include title, creator, and imprint (publisher or distributor, place of publication, date) or ISN.  Additional identifying information (URLs, etc) is always appreciated.
