For the Fall semester 2016, Haas Library featured a display of books on nutrition/diet/food and exercise/fitness/physical activity. The display was located on the first floor across from the Circulation desk. This Guide provided additional information on nutrition and physical activity with the intention of helping all of us to better health. There are a variety of resources to assist, including information resources (books, journals, websites) and ideas on how to take charge of your life with regards to food and exercise.
