Walk on Campus

Take a hike. Or a walk. There are many reasons walking is good for us. Doctors and health professionals will list medical benefits, which are real and fantastic. But there are mental-emotional benefits too. Just getting outside and breathing in some fresh air can be both stimulating and relaxing. At times it is a great way to put our minds and hearts into a new place, to get away from a variety of day-to-day, hour-to-hour tasks we need to do.
