Assessment:

The assessment of the general education program will be conducted on a four year rotation as follows:

Round 1:

• Fall 2025 – Summer 2027: Writing 2 and Information Literacy, Speech Communication, Mathematical Reasoning
• Fall 2026 – Summer 2028: Personal Wellness, Natural Science and Technology, Social and Behavioral Science
• Fall 2027 – Summer 2029: Humanities, First Year, Arts
• Fall 2028 – Summer 2030: Writing 1: Racial Justice, Global Diversity

Round 2:

• Fall 2029 – Summer 2031: Writing 2 and Information Literacy, Speech Communication, Mathematical Reasoning
• Fall 2030 – Summer 2032: Personal Wellness, Natural Science and Technology, Social and Behavioral Science
• Fall 2031 – Summer 2033: Humanities, First Year, Arts
• Fall 2022 – Summer 2034: Writing 1: Racial Justice, Global Diversity

Specific time lines and directions will be developed and distributed by the Committee on General Education at the beginning of each academic year.
